Normalizing annual layoffs, even during prosperous years.

F-ing amazing accomplishment.

No other CEO ever thought of it.

Keeping himself off the NSI list despite destroying the Company and the biggest Exxodus in EM history.

Only the high price of oil has kept EM from falling like Enron.

Inventing the pip process to avoid paying folks for layoffs

His greatest accomplishment is renaming annual layoffs as the PIP system.

Inspiring thousands to leave EM and tormenting most of loyal employees remaining. We feel like we are on 1 year contracts renewed (or not) at our annual ranking discussion.

DW should be ranked NSI.

Being in right place at right time when price of oil lead to huge profits despite all stupid decisions.

Daw has inspired thousands to quit a formerly great company at a time when company profits are highest.

The employees that remain are miserable, except the ones with sponsors.

Changed the entire company culture in a very short period of time. Whoever said you can’t turn a battleship around in a bathtub never had DW at the helm.

#1 - Saving $ on PIP vs layoffs
#2 - cutting your 401k match
#3 - skimping on 2022 raises
#4 - riding commodity prices and claiming top of cycle earnings as if they are structural
#5 - brilliant and successful employee survey 🤣🤣🤣

DW greatest accomplishment is his magical powers. Somehow, while speaking, he can control the growth of his nose and keep his pants from combusting.

At the deterioration rate we are going, we are better off hiring monkeys to replace DW. No one will notice the difference
