We can't keep the quality of work high when the leadership keeps getting rid of employees through layoffs and attrition without backfilling and then they expect those of us remaining to take on several jobs. I can do great work when I only have my job to do. When I have to do several, it's unrealistic to expect I can do all of them at all, not to mention do them well. This is on the leadership.
