So, there are more and more people who say that they are not afraid of whether they will be laid off, giving the impression that they no longer care about the job here, and yet they are still here. This is not easy to understand. I also think Nike can be a much better workplace than it is, but until I find a new job, I would by no means like to lose this one here.

Some folks are on visa. So, its like i am on visa but i dont like these things, but since I am on visa i need to stay(while i rant). Some other folks just love the WLB or whatever that term is, but still see/find places where they can complain/vent out.Lastly, there are some who genuinely loved their jobs, believed in their leaders, and worked hard to see their hard work come out in the form of apps/user growth or what not, but these have seen such a turmoil , ups/downs that somehow they are not afraid of going through more sht than what we(the country) are already in, I mean sorry to say what could a layoff do more now that I have been though and seen so much sht around me?
