It's a good start. Next step needs to be no longer forcing staff to relocate to states with repressive social policies. And eventually relocating out of those states altogether.

I'm glad that IBM doesn't do political donations (at least, not directly: it does give an awful lot of money to a lot of awful executives who then make donations of their own...). I am mightily pi---d by those corporations that say they will support their employees while at the same time handing money to the very politicians who created these policies (or in the case of SCOTUS, confirmed these judges).

Who cares. IBM needs to STFU and stay out of politics & religion, and put more energy into running this abortion of a business and getting some results.

Good. Messaging could’ve been stronger and more specific. But continued support for a woman’s right to choose is incredibly important.
