We will scale back CSEs in SP and CSS. All this after ramping up spending heaps in G13 and G12 salaries.
I was told that there would be salary increases today in Q1.
Maybe LRs will help to fund them.

We are too busy focusing on woke and gender madness to have layoffs! The more time you spend working on E-O garbage rather than work, the less likely you will be made redundant. I can't see how Cisco or any company escapes LRs this year. I'm expecting something to happen. How can it not? I don't think the ELT is going to worry about how to spin it ... the daily market and news cycle is spinning it for them. Just a matter of what business groups and what percentage.
My mgr asked folks to start looking for other opportunities internally or externally if they wish so, things (numbers) don't look good and can't be "cooked" anymore.
I pulled out my resume, I never looked at it in the past 4 yrs. Need to update by adding/removing stuff. Don't remember how to interview, so will take a few test interviews as a warmup.
