I don't think there are many realistic options. My morale would only improve by me getting out of here.

Letting employees grade their manager performance on a monthly scorecard .
Remove mandatory and forced RTTO.

How about Jamie getting on board and supporting Democracy. This guy is a one trick woke pony that's totally into censoring any dissenting thought. He's the type that ushers us into 1984 to live, like we do today.
I am pretty much give up with this place. we are constantly taking blame for client’s mistakes, while they are pointing fingers at us by escalating to senior management and team up with counter firms to give us pressure. It’s like you are cleaning up someone after they s*** themselves but just 100x worse.
