Did the rank group distributions change much this year? Is it anywhere close to an actual quint (roughly 20% per bucket with OwD and NSI sub-buckets of the 1st and 5th)?

Word I heard “down here” is that NSI was set at 8, and NI at 13%.
@ylu With the widespread disappointment after ranking, I wouldn't have expected that nearly 50% of the population is excellent or better
It was O: 20-25%, E: 20-25%, VG: 20-25%, G: 13-15%, NI: 13% (included the 5% NSI). Most groups max out O and E and have smaller VG to offset.
Ignoring the sub buckets, the total amount in each pool is not fixed but in general is like 10% NI, 25% G, 30% VG, 25% E, 10% O.
