I've always been safe from PIPs, but layoffs have been a major source of stress for me. Now that I no longer have to worry about that, my work and personal life have improved immensely. I'm enjoying going to work once again, and I can't remember when that was last true. I know this will not last, but I'm enjoying every minute of it as it does.

OP, only highly sponsored parasites are safe from PIP. You must be one, so don’t worry, lay-offs will not touch you. As to your so subtle, comforting and relaxing message to the masses, I’m sure that every EM employee has been fooled and they all feel good and happy after reading the cr_ap you’ve written.
