I'm interested in this position at the Urbana plant. The job description has standard verbiage that I've seen on many other openings there. Would someone, who is familiar with the responsibilities, give me a brief synopsis of what the duties may entail? I already know about the dire warnings to run away, stay away, look elsewhere etc., so please don't waste my time or yours with those kind of responses. Serious inquiry and serious responses only please

Keep the potato line moving and you’ll be fine, French fries aren’t getting to the stores by themselves billy bob
I work at the Urbana facility. Onboarding is a joke. Processor can mean many things which is why there is standard verbiage. Also if you do a really good job, you will be rewarded with the ability to take up slack for others. Audits are common, fixing the issues is not. Leadership uses this plant as a stepping stone to the next position. Take the job, work OT, make good money but keep your resume online.Just my 2 cents. This plant has been good to me, the people are great, but Honeywell is the problem.
You will come on, not be trained properly, be audited by a poor quality team and then maybe trained after they complain…
Maybe.
Chastise us, then expect a civil answer. Tsk, tsk.
Obviously, someone didn't quite comprehend OP's post!
Stay away from Honeywell unless you don’t have a Job at all. Thank me later
