People are frustrated and tired of everything that has been going on the last couple years. There has been far too much change in the past couple of years. Too many layoffs and problems. Management has pushed too hard and has destroyed morale in the process. This board gives people the chance to say their piece where you can't at the company.
@OP It’s almost all troll posts, so I wouldn’t read too much into it.
What it tells you is that Chevron management only views their company through rose-colored glasses, that dissent and contrary opinion lead to backlash, being ostracized, and ultimately laid off. For the sake of their sanity (oh, "mental health" in 2022 jargon), employees have to resort to this site to tell the truth and expose the cronyism running Chevron.
