I have noticed that at the same time they are laying off loyal employees left and right, US Bank is getting strong kudos on LinkedIn and other social media for its support for LGTBQ+ support. It's just odd to me that at this time they are getting credit essentially for caring for employees when it is obvious that the bank does not care about its employees. I know of one g-y employee that was laid off. Having said that I don't think he promoted his s-xuality so maybe they didn't knowm

The so-called "DEI" awards are really a game. Talk to employees on the inside and they will tell you that this company is trapped in the 70's when it comes to DEI.
I'm glad that they are inclusive. No problem with everyone having a shot and being a part of the bank. The over promotion of it is what gets tiresome.

Don’t think it has anything to do with that, it’s all about money. But I agree to stop patting themselves on the back for caring about employees when they are laying them off.
