Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Donations

Any other Club get new direction on food donations? Designated area with bins below, shelf above. Shelf is for items ready to be processed and bins are for already processed donations? What a shrink show waiting to happen. Giant pile of cr-p is what it’s going to be. People throw damages and cr-p everywhere as it is, you really think they are going to be so on top of things and organized that they are actually tape stuff up and process it? Bwahaha. They can’t even process throws. They leave leaking soda, soap etc by the compactor on top of the electrical box. Team leads and coaches do nothing. What a sh-t show. Bins full of sh-t. Great idea. “Feeding America” cr-p.

It is suppose to be merchandisers, team leads, coach’s and backroom associates sharing the load. But like everything else, it’ll get dumped on backroom.

well let me tell you..our back room associates compete to see who can do the least.. so they will be making sure that all the other associates do the donations right .. otherwise backroom folks might have to do them...

My club currently has racks in the freezer and cooler for donations and damages. The cooler rack is a complete sh-t show everyday. My associates never want to complete it at the end of their shifts. And other people just throw random a-s sh-t on it like rotisserie chicken and fresh meat or leave busted milk on it and it leaks everywhere. The amount of broken eggs that get put on there is unreal as well.
