all I get to do is collections on defaulted accounts. I had no idea the group was so bad. I need to leave asap.

Card Services is always busy! I worked there and they rarely have layoffs however you do have a score card with metrics! You might want to find out how it works and what will help you best collect to keep your score card afloat.

So many of us from Home Lending transferring to Card Services.
We prolly going to be let go soon once Card Services slow down
