Instead of trying to change something for the better with regards to our complaints, it seems that the only solution offered to us by the management is to look for another job. But is that really a solution? Hasn't it become clear to them by now that treating their employees like that will only bring more problems to the company in the long run?

What will it take for you to get the message that no one cares about your complaints or your feelings or how happy or unhappy you are? That's the way it is, the way it has been for a decade or more.
If you can ever come to terms with that, it really helps with your attitude about working here. I don't mind my actual job and I am pretty good at it and compensated well for my efforts. But in terms of it being a "fun", team oriented, high enthusiasm place to work...those days are so far gone I can hardly remember them anymore.
No one cares about your complaints. No one cares if you stay or leave. Come to terms with it.
Just gonna stick around and complain about management while continue to underperform. That's my life story.

1st, YOU sought out and applied for employment and told the company that YOU want to work here.
2nd, Whichever company hired you was the same way then as they are now, when they accepted you as an employee.
3rd, YOU accepted the company policies then and gladly came to work (probably even bragged about getting a job, maybe even celebrated).
No company will hire you with their goal to change the way they have been successful for many years just to please a very young newbie.
Please grow up and learn to do your job and give everyone around you a break from your whining.
For years I have said it's not a career It's just a job. SBC has always been a joke of a company and that is the environment now: low pay, poor benefits, spartan facilities (outside of HQ), poor management, cheap on everything they do, lack innovation
If you are so unhappy, leave. All parties would benefit.
This is why I see dark days ahead for T. We took all the bs because we had decent benefits and a pension. The new folks are going to realize (hopefully) that what companies sell is bs on anything that doesn’t move the needle on the stock or revenue. All of the wokism jabber is just that, jabber.
When’s the last time you ever heard of a company exec from any company be overly involved in the the woke world. It’s because they could careless. They just want employees and customers to see they are talking the talk.
Gotta get rid of the whiners and malcontents. Make AT&T a better company.
You really haven’t been an employee very long have you? You comply or move on. Your opinions, idea, and concern are not wanted. Work with what you have in front of you or leave. They really don’t care either way.
Corporations only pretend to care and be socialy responsible as a way to avoid more government oversight. Its just marketing propaganda.
T is not trying to be a better company. They only care about shuffling money around to boost their stock price and please wall street.

Look at yourself as a free agent, do your work and look to the future of financial independence which you can only create for yourself. Your golden years are closer than you think.
In the 80's when one whined to the the boss they'd tell you to go apply at the power company, GTFO of their office and get to work or go home without pay and try again tomorrow. And you better or you'll get 3 days off...this time.
It's a job...these posts are pitiful and weak.
