There's been more talk about another RIF in the coming few weeks, does anybody know if there's any truth to them? I know there are always rumors going around about stuff like this but I've heard this from several sources, which makes me think that for once there might be some truth to them. Hopefully, I'm wrong.

so everyone thought it was bs about the surplus being declared for 9/25 off the books by 9/25 . You still think the union didn’t know about this be for the contract extension , wow everyone was sold out . This was a done deal a long time ago .
RIF for Band 4 and 5 this month. Band 6 and 7 will be October.
Network Operations senior managers will be officially asking for staff rankings in 3 weeks. Reorganizing underway. They know next quarter results will be a bust. Rif notice will go out Oct 1 with off payroll Nov 1. By January Hans will be gone.
Yes to RIF, two have occurred so far. More to come. A freeze indicator on hiring is for them to assess who they can let got from what orgs and if openings should be filled or eliminated.
Everything seems to pointing to reorganizing / changing territories and districts and possible lay offs.

I hope so. We need to move beyond selling plans and offer consumers a value add besides steaming deals.
The hiring freezes say yes. Although they may get enough headcount through attrition alone.
