The Town Halls they’ve been having always sound so positive but the reality of it all is what you hear and see around your work environment. It’s the total opposite, every week you wonder if it will be the week your name gets called to go into a room for a layoff conversation…
They never say anything important at town halls. Most people skip them.

Prob just telling you what you want to hear
Better but it's going to be some difficult months ahead.
