How many people in a work group have to leave before HR decides to look at the Manager?

I just saw a chart about the new exit surveys a couple months ago. Maybe they aren't everywhere but they tried to bring them back at least somewhere.
If all the people left in the work group there is undoubtedly something wrong with their mindset and not management.
They aren't going to get rid of a Sr manager for attrition. They might get demoted in the next reorg and not get promoted to director but there will be no corrective action on its own.
There are no more exit surveys. That went away a while ago.
HR is likely so overwhelmed they don’t have time
Not sure what's up with some people. Call out bad management immediately and loudly. Make sure you get a message to HR before you leave detailing specific inappropriate actions and behaviors. It takes people speaking up to make a difference. Leaving quietly doesn't help anyone. It could take YEARS before anyone ever ties the effect to the cause in that case.
HR is just the side arm of the legal team. They don't side with the Managers, they make sure they're doing what they need to to not be sued.
That being said, sounds like OP needs a hug from their mom and their hand to be held.
From what I have observed it is the opposite. HR does NOT always side with management and infact rarely does so.
Did they all blame the manager in the exit survey? Are they all somebwete or someone that the company now doesnt have to RIF and could eventually now RIF the manager.
HR works for management only. HR does not care about the complaints against management. They only pretend to.
Difficult with their craniums lodged in their rectums
