Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

So many long time sufferers

I really don't understand those who haven't been able to find anything better for more than a year and in the meantime keep making complaints and spreading negative energy.
Maybe this will sound rude and I will probably get downvotes, but how is it possible that BofA is such a bad place, and that good employees can't find anything better for so long or don't even try? Why are there so many long time sufferers here?
At the first sign that I won't make any progress despite all my efforts, I started looking for a new job and now I'm only here for a few more days. You shouldn't spend so much energy on complaining because nothing will change here, act instead.

@OP+1i3HiwMa -- Oh? so you're happy with how things are? Many of us remember when things were WAY BETTER.

We miss that and do not understand why this particular Management Team (out of the ZILLIONS we've had) is so tone deaf and out of touch. (90%+ Employee Engagement? my a$$. You pretty much COMPEL us to complete that d@mn survey each year. Tells you nothing, except we are brow-beaten into submission.)

Still here, frankly, b/c I AM NOT LOOKING. Why should I go have to prove myself in a new place that may be worse? They LOVE me here. I just don't like THEM!

Just biding my time to retire. I'd still prefer a lay off -- which is why I am on this site -- hoping for layoff news!

We used to get them every spring/fall like clockwork. (I raised my hand every time, but was told "no, not you".)

Which begs the question -- f you are so happy, why the heck are YOU on here?
