Out of banking for the new job!
Small Regional Banks are the place to be. Most times the CEO will be 2-3 levels above their rank and file.
Buying stock in growing small banks run by talented managers can be a very lucrative endeavor.
Stay away from Truist. A real dumpster fire!
Look at regional banks. Culture is so different than at WF.
