Unfortunately, since I came here and until now, I can't recall anything that has been done to improve the situation here. Things are getting harder. Admittedly, I haven't been here for a long time. Those who have been here longer, what has changed since you got the job here?

The writing on the wall is clear. If you can code, write your own ticket out of here. Your software dev VPs can keep st-----g their egos on LinkedIn while the org gets hollowed. There are plenty of examples on blind app of people moving on and sharing their fid and next job TC.
If you can't code, it's going to be harder. But never stop applying. Change jobs every 3 years. No company is worth your loyalty. Take your money, take care of your family and don't worry about the company.
I see so many of the software development VP's putting this stuff on their LinkedIn page. They lick up the KoolAid.
I refuse to put that sh-t on my LinkedIn page. Fu-k that! Corporate lackies.
What has changed since you got the job here?
Stress level has gone up, number of good workers has gone down and work life balance is out of control. I'm in to deep to leave, I just hope the stress doesn't get me before the next VBO...if that ever happens. VP's push the happy place message because they get a 40+% bonus and shares every year. I cannot even image a bonus like that happening one time.
I consider myself to be a good worker who cares about the work I produce. I just don't fit into this "pace over perfection" world.
Lots of directors and VP's are pushing the kool-aid on LinkedIn, to the point where I think they've been told to do this from their management. I know some don't believe the stuff they're pushing.
@1ewo+1i3TlvSB Linked in is known for being toxic like that. Corporate suck ups. “Thank you for laying me off, so and so company. I want to look good and gracious to other companies hiring on here. I loved being a doormat.”
So many positive posts on LinkedIn it feels like a cult and the new KPI during MBR’s!
