Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Sadly, we’ve lost another buyer of Ford vehicles…

Authorities say the driver of a 2006 Ford Ranger pickup truck was ki---d in what should have been a minor crash last month near Pensacola, Florida. But the driver's air bag inflator exploded, spewing shrapnel that hit the unidentified driver, a 23-year-old man.

Over 15 years later, Ford never replaced their defective airbags.

When will someone be held accountable?

This news story underscores the importance of checking for open recalls on any used vehicle -- not just Fords -- and having the work done. 2006 Rangers were included in the Takata airbag recall because of the hazard that this young man unfortunately found the hard way.

more cheep engineering and outsource ...
the big problem is that they don't teach MBA about long term value of companies .. They teach them stay 3 to 4 years max and move on... in these 3 years cut anything that makes you money and don't show change in 36 moths since you leaving.

THIS IS 50% of FORD PROBLEM.
