The fact that lots of firms do layoffs during a recession does not get you anywhere near the legal standard for collusion.
I know T-Mobile is hiring as a friend just took a remote position with them. I guess like T hiring in some areas and laying off in others.
Seems the management at these companies thinks they only way to make money is laying people off. Don’t even think of listening to your customers and actually give them a simple bill and service they want.

It's good management when they lay off workers that aren't needed. They can always hire workers when needed.
I can agree with this last statement, however, T never seems to recognize the departments where workers aren't needed! In fact, they seem to hire more in orgs that don't need more personnel, they hire now for future growth. In the mean time, you already have technicians sitting around with little to no work and they're adding to the departments! I just can't understand the rationale behind their lunacy! I guess it's just AT&T for ya!

Is this the sign of the times or just a sign that those two companies are just as poorly managed as T? Why hasn't T publicly announced any layoffs within its ranks which would parallel its competitors objectives? If T is going to announce any sizable layoffs, don't you think they should be doing it very soon as in the next week or two?
I hope Stankey holds off until 1Q2023.
