A better question. I can’t figure out how my High School AV club got to run this daggone company!

Tech girl here. There was some key staff turnover in that group. The main person who knew all that stuff got passed over in favor of somebody who was better liked, but who couldn't do the job. That main person then quit, and their other person struggled for a while before they also quit.
The people running it now have been here forever, but they've never worked with the AV technology. There are some new people there, but they don't know the old technology. It isn't going to get better anytime soon.
This would be near the bottom of the list of things to worry about at WF.

No need for that. That team is given the same garbage to work with the rest of us are. There is no budget and they're using archaic tools. Knock the leaders all you want, but don't go after the little guys doing the best they can with what they have.
