Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Charlie's Town Hall

Good Lord...for a CEO of a large corporation...this man cannot speak at all. He is NOT a polished talker at all. I lost count of all the "uhhhs" and "ummmms" in his lil pep talk (that wasn't a pep talk!)...I was just able to listen to the replay and couldn't even focus on anything he was saying because of that.

Wells Fargo’s abuse of its contingent staff has gone unchecked for far too long! Se-ual harassment, bullying, hostile work environments, participating in forced fraudulent actions are just a few of the mounting violations the contingent workforce has been subjected to for years! These folks are subjected to inhuman treatment because Wells leaders know they can make a call and terminate the contract without even a question or concern being raised. The daily degrading treatment is unbearable but tolerated because these folks have to feed their families. The double edge sword of reporting the mistreatment to their consulting firm exist because at the end of the day the consulting firm sees them as a a mere individual vs a corporate contract that they are not willing to lose.

Maybe he's a foreigner and English is not his primary language. Let's be respectful to all please as people may be learning English for the first time.

Kleber is an inept token.
Chuck would be more understandable is he didn’t have Daley’s seed in his mouth.

Many USians have trouble speaking their language fluently as if English is not their native language.

Aaahs, uuums, baahs, and pregnant pauses grasping for worlds. The americans appear to have great difficultly speaking extemporaneously. Perhaps, write an outline down and get coherent thoughts together in an articulate manner.

Every time he has a town hall this topic always comes up. Just on't tune in, nothing he says is helpful at your level anyway.

Can kleber just take over already. He was so insightful, intelligent and felt genuine. I don’t trust a word cf says. The new and outgoing consumer lending CEO’s put him to shame. He needs to move on. This company is an absolute mess with lowest morale ever.
