I just love getting a passive aggressive email from the wildly useless and incompetent Sam Hammock yesterday, followed by an email from Manon basically blaming all of us individual contributors for the mistakes that leadership has made this year.
Naturally these emails come at the same time as a RIF, because our leaders have no common sense. Maybe the RIFs need to be happening at the top levels instead of to us. Our leaders continue to fail to inspire us and focus on all of the wrong things.
The entire leadership team at Vz is pathetic; there is no substance there, and it's starting to show. Hans has to go. I say this as a former employee, and a former stockholder. Hanging all your hopes and dreams on 5G was a huge bumble. I've tested 5G in a few cities in the Northeast - very underwhelming. It is 4G LTE basically, with a 5G badge. Good luck to those of you still there! Look around for other opportunities. They are out there!
Leadership are flat out cowards. Notice they didn't put together those videos with the color coded indicators (they think you're too stupid for them to just put the target and the actual results)
They've all been hiding. Hans has barely been visible the last 6 months.

Who in the world approved those emails to go out? That was a huge joke and we all had a great laugh in our meeting when we talked about it.
Don't worry team, they'll be talking/promoting Indigenous People Day and how evil Thanksgiving is before you know it.

The stock together garbage probably was done to appeal to those who don’t care about their 401k or to appear like a tech company. Our RSU amounts are a joke compared to companies that they are pretending to be. I want my 401k contributiom back somit can grow tax free.
The stock options that replaced the former 2-3% bonus to our 401ks yearly is a joke. They don't even give us the option of not selling when they vest. Maybe some of us want to hang on to the shares but no, they just sell it on the vesting date. So they guarantee a lower payout now that the stock is low. We all are working for less than we were a few years ago.
Yeah, Sam & Manon can take that fake energy and that tirade of blame along with their early warning signs of laying the groundwork for reduced or no STI's and place them all where the Sun doesn't shine, sideways! We all know exactly what they are doing. They are so obviously clueless of how this company works and doesn't work that it is nauseating to watch/listen to.
Sam Hammock is in so far over her head it's hilarious. Christy just quit with no succession plan and then they had to find someone. You can just see it when you watch up to speed. Wasn't ready for it. Manon has been a ghost since she started, barely seen her.
