Start at the 11th and 12th floor of WHQ for this round of terminations.
Until the LL6->LL2 ranks are purged of Friends and Family and their bootlickers nothing will be done. As the LL* (slackers themselves) hire and promote people just like themselves.
Our Teflon LL6 continues to promote people who are both incompetent and who literally do no work. One joker has been working on a 2 hour project for 3.5 years and still has not completed it. It is his only project. He has been promoted twice during this period. WTF?
@ 1xmx+1i5s8BJE are you a slacker too. Is that the reason you are on this site because you have nothing else to do on company. People like you should be cut and cannot be rehired.
Slackers should be addressed by their immediate leader. As a leader I learned quickly that if you don’t deal with slackers it’s a drag on the entire team. You make sure the slacker has enough work, hold them accountable, make sure they understand how to do the work and if they don’t address it with training and/or mentoring. This is followed by a work plan if there’s no improvement. If none of these steps work they’re out. This improves the morale of hard working team members and causes other slackers to step it up.
This is a lot of extra work for a leader but it’s their job. If the leader is a slacker too you end up with complaints like we see here!

The LL6 should address the slackers. All they do is just pass on the load to the Agency guys.
