Agile TSA / C2E disaster

What is going on with the Agile TSA and Click-2-Expert disaster that we heard so much about and every SA and TSA was going to. Very stupid idea from EK that hurt the TSAs and SAs the most by limiting their pay and career profession. Many jumped to competitors. What is the latest on this disaster.

Agile is working well for EN and MIG, this I agree with. CISG is the struggle bus. I believe you will start to see it show up in the next few quarters. Most of the CISG PSSs can talk a little compute and storage but almost none can talk about networks and that is the high margin area in DC. My .02 is that is part of the reason Arista is really starting to make end roads into the Cisco DC biz. They bring two people to a meeting and cover the topics presented to them. The DC PSS can't do that.....then we get on the struggle bus trying to find the right resource. Add to that some of the DC networking TSAs aren't really trained in networking but rather compute but got drafted into the networking side of the house.

I think Agile is working well for EN and MIG, not so sure for CISG.

This why EK wanted architectures to have SEDs from the direct side and not within. He didn’t want anyone to tell him no regardless. Just look around and see how the architectures are falling part. It looks like security is following suit as they hired someone that is a yes man to EK vs someone willing to provide an unbiased leadership and willing to think for themselves and challenge the status quo.

The Engineering leadership is shoving Agile TSA and C2E down the throats of everyone regardless of the cost, loss of customer relationships, and loss of talent. It is sad that such inept leadership cannot re-evaluate based off customer and field feedback. They only cared about their agenda and not the customers.

Nothing happened. It was all fake news from that dork in commercial that kept posting here about his sed.

Hopefully they have shelved both of those. What a complete mess. We lost some excellent SAs and TSAs due to this short-sighted initiative from EK. He and the SEDs were all about pooling SAs and TSAs so they could pay them less and limit their career path. Of course they were increasing their paychecks. How did this even get to the point it did. As a SA, we lost so many deals by using Agile TSA and C2E that it was embarrassing to use them in front of customers. All we kept hearing from EK and SEDs was this was “designed to meet the customers where they are”. That is bunch of BS cause not one customer liked this and our competitors were using our process of Agile TSA and C2E against us by providing better customer intimacy.
