Think about it. There are companies with amazing supervisors that truly cares about. Companies where feedback is candid and heartfelt. Companies that are open to change, where technical excellence is rewarded, where decision makers are accountable, where minorities are not forced, where people actually like the work, the managers and the executives. Companies with far better benefits, free gym, trash cans in ever desk, with open access to the internet (including your own f...king gmail), that did great during the pandemic and rewarded everyone for it, etc.
While you are waiting for the meaningless feedback from the fake performance farce and checking out this forum, your missing out on those other companies that celebrate the achievement of the achievers in a transparent and candid way. They also pay better.
This is your opportunity cost. The great career you can have elsewhere while you waste your soul in this dumpster of company.
