What happened to the "future of work" survey??

Will they ever implement the feedback?

Waiting for the economy to flip the table in the employer favor so that they have no leverage at at all.

Oh wait...they did say that at BofA..didn't they?

I was curious about when it was and it was open April 7 - 21, so it's been 4 months now. Also, it was a questionnaire, not a survey. Didn't say survey except when referring to the upcoming annual EE Survey and I thought that was funny. Just a little nuance there from the publishers.

It’s so evident what they’re doing, they must employ some great psychologists.

They forced everyone to RTO. No one wanted to come in but they did it dragging their feet. Many people, if not all, were convinced that hybrid would soon be implemented. They then release a survey with the rumor being these results would help usher in hybrid/wfh. Then they needed a ton of time to decipher said results and figure out an action plan. Those results were never released because assuredly, the results were 95% - PLEASE DO HYBRID/WFH!

During this entire rigmarole they had no intention of ever allowing hybrid/wfh but they just wanted to ki-l time, knowing that people are adaptable and are also forgetful. The people have now been molded into a meeker crowd, less adamant about getting what they want because they have been lulled into the routine of being an office drone.

All in alI it went exactly to plan, good work Moynihan and bofa!

I was told they’ll be another survey to discuss the release of this survey. You know you can’t talk about this survey without another survey.

To be honest, I’m surprised nobody has told a local media outlet that BOfA won’t share the results with their employees…

Employee surveys are just a simulation, to ultimately brag about how many people answered them, even if nothing is done about it.
