Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Next round of layoffs

Be honest here, no fear mongering. Based on history, what we're hearing, earnings, etc, when do you think the next round of layoffs is coming? The few remaining remote people are guaranteed getting the ax in the next one and need to know how much time is left. Job hunts are slow right now. Do we realistically expect it again before end of year? Historically we've seen 2 rounds per year. Do we expect a Q3 layoff? Comment if you've heard anything. Obviously ppl are job hunting if they know they're in danger but it's not a quick process.

Didn't he meet with some very small business owners? Or was that just a photoshoot to pretend like he cared?

@1bdv+1i7TODYT .. sorry to disagree (shocking) FB is focused on EPS period. Ask any Fiserv core FI, Issuer/Acquirer they can give you an earful. Since you're tuned in to fearless leader when can we expect him to stop hiding behind COVID traveling to meet our FI community banks and CU's say in the Midwest and South. I have spoken to several they would love to discuss their service issues with him.

With the unstable economy FB is adjusting strategy to tighten the organization in case we go into full recession. I like how everyone thinks he doesn't know how to lead but leadership is about making those tough decisions for the future.

They froze hiring again and are looking at expenses again. I was looking forward to interviews. I was shocked and saddened too when we just had an amazing quarter. But look around at other corporate climates. They are threatening layoffs.
