HR says updating resume result of switch to WorkDay. Funny how our peers didn't require employees to update their resume when they switched over to WorkDay?

Not shocked honestly. Although it seems like some teams are overstaffed and some are very understaffed. Probably could balance that out a bit. But heavy cuts and re hire off the street is HRs way
Fake news! There is no way our department could even function under employee reductions. If anything, we need to hire 20-30% more qualified people. You must be talking about HR or getting rid of the multiple layers of useless/unnecessary management!
