In the book he revels in the introduction of the 9-block and why its great along execution retention bonuses and the yearly re-treat for the companies GM's where they give away cash, cars and prizes. All this while the company claims poverty, massive layoffs' and furloughs.
I always confuse him with Harvey W.........

I checked the Amazon reviews. Like minded business leaders like the book. However, one reviewer mention this: "Cote glosses over the exceptionally toxic culture that he left behind, one of micromanagement, distrust and intimidation".
