We see just the same xVP faces shuffling among organizations over 10-15 years. How is that possible the corp still keeps those dummies there? The figures clearly show that those 'leaders' are incompetent.

Spending so much on overpriced tech dev costs to Accenture. We were told all system development should be under Legg but reality is many system spends all over the company. So much $$$ waste.
Shuffle around. Change the metrics slightly to avoid comparisons to the past years. Waste a lot of money on systems that you won't be around for long enough to see fail. Rinse. Repeat.
They constantly shuffle precisely because it allows them to avoid any long term responsibility for their decisions.
They bow down to Stankey and Randall! They all backed the TW and DTV deals and none of them suffered when in came to compensation or perks!!!
