Dell "prides" itself on Inclusivity, Diversity, Work Life Balance, Ethics, blah blah but this is smoke and mirrors and ripped almost verbatim from a competitor.
The only thing Dell innovates is how to sc--w people out of their commissions and severances and the last of the real leaders left Dell years ago.
If you're still there, find a new job. If you've been let go, get a good lawyer to review your package and prepare to fight for what's yours.

My entire team was let go, including my manager. A total of over 60 years of Dell experience, gone. US only, so employees in countries where pay is lower can keep doing the work. Stunning greed for this US-based company going on here. Meanwhile, CEO chides other employers that they’re “doing it wrong.” Infuriating.

It is never over at Dell. All decisions made are how much does it cost based. Continuous Spreadsheet Management, with employees age job and pay grade.
The Spreadsheets will be updated. And the next round will be forthcoming as the company continues to struggle with debt payoff, and sales decline.
