Heard talk of more RIFs coming, likely around October. No idea which groups will be impacted or how big the RIF will be.

I left the company late last year and the person trained they never gave him the promotion they had promised now gone from Verizon and nearly doubled salary. So glad for him and his family

Pulse results are a joke, managers push employees to be positive, and if they don't, they get retribution. When a DM has 5-6 GMs, it's not hard to figure out who didn't give you a glowing review. Verizon doesn't want to know the truth, they want employees to validate the bullsh-t they have become.
Hans has decided to change how the RIFF game is played for the next round. Gold foil wrapped chocolate bars will be distributed to all lounges and breakrooms. I'm talking close to 120K chocolate bars. 80K chocolate bars will have a gold ticket enclosed in the gold foil wrap. If you get a gold ticket you can continue with your employment. However, if you are not fortunate enough to find a gold ticket, you will be laid off. Best of luck to each and every one of you!
