IBM consolidated all age discrimination law suits the past couple ,of years and they are handled by Jones Day. It has cost IBM dearly as Jones Day is very expensive. Also, IBM has settled many age discrimination law suits outside of court and is using the PIP tactic instead of layoffs. Stay tuned.
