If you go from 8V to 7V or 7V to 6V, what is the pay increase? I know the bonus structure is 10, 12 , 20% etc but is the base pay increase really only 5% internally? What if you're only making like 70k and you move to 6V? Are there minimums within the bands they need to get you to?

Brilliant company if you accept a position from Associate to a level 8 or 7 you get a 10% bump but you loose pension and now have higher health care cost so in reality it’s a wash. So ask yourself is possible moving up vs rif worth it? Just wait for your EISP :)
OP will probably get RIFTED before he gets a pay raise
Op must be one of those nepotistic hires, most of us have carried the workload for decades and never sniff a promotion, those are given out with a secret handshake in most cases
Given performance, who really deserves any STI this year?
@OP+1iDtHXvs You are right about the bonus structure. However, The salary increase depends on many factors i.e, your current salary, geographic location, job family, the education and experience you bring to the new role … Each position has different salary range so for instance a Sr Manager in network makes significant more than a Sr Manager in care or ops support even when they are under the same career band …
Usually the band increase is based on experience and education. So it can fluctuate between 2% and 8%. If HR find thats that you are below base pay, they will increase you to base pay. So if you make $70k but the minimum for the new role is $98k, then you will get that bump up to $98k.
20% if your boss likes you. 10% if your boss doesn't like you.
What they announced the bonuses would be reduced? Like not 12% anymore? Or they will just be not a full 100%?
Reported the STIs, aka, bonus, announced as being reduced, as an once and only, or permanently??
