Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Converted or ported all my lines over to another

Carrier. 5 Lines and I am saving nearly 100 dollars per month. Cricket Wireless Billing is so much simpler, you can't beat it. Their network after a month of usage seems so much faster than ATT. I cannot believe more people don't make the switch as it was so simple. How am I saving over $100 with a plan anyone can get versus my employee discount plan with ATT. Even ATT views their employees as profit centers but not with me any longer.

They suckered you all in again with the Cricket is a better network than AT&T thing. And you fall for it every single time.

As a retired SBC Area Manager - I recommend MINT MOBIL - which runs on the Tmobile Network. Best service, best support, best value. Period!
And it's only $15 per month. No contract.
With my big employee discount, I was still paying $55 per mo per line & everytime I got near a border with Mexico - at&t would charge me (I don't remember exactly but I'm thinking .75 roaming fee) and if I didn't catch it my bill was substantially higher. When I did notice it, I'd call at&t and have to threaten to get the fee removed and they insinuate that I was a liar. Having enough - I switched.
I'm happy with Mint. Saving money. Will never go back to at&t..

This is UNREAL!!! TO WORK HERE AND NOT KNOW that cricket runs ON THEE exact same I mean EXACT same network as ATT wireless!!! It was simply a prepaid wireless leg that they use to attract people who preferred the Metro Pcs style of service!

Why do you think anyone cares about you or anyone else on this board changing over to cricket wireless? Which is still AT&T anyway.

What's amazing is they're the same company, same sites, same network. The only difference is you think you're sticking it to AT&T, lol...

Cricket has far better pricing than ATT. They might run on ATT and be MVNO of ATT.
