After a long career I left the company (HBT) early last year during massive organizational change, especially in sales. Gone were all the great leaders that for many years drove the sales force to record results. I hear rumour from the outside but wonder how things have really worked out in HBT with the new structure and strategy led by the new team.

HBT SUCKS A-S, ONLY GETTING WORSE
Wow - I could see it coming. Glad I left then. It seems as if there was total disregard for what clients valued - the local leadership and talented people that cared for their account. Seems like our leaders felt that remote leadership and a difficult organization model to even explain to clients would work.
Fire and Comm Security is a disaster. Mismanagement 2.0. Most of the talented people have already left. And top customers of course.
