If your colleagues mob you, collectively humiliate you every chance they get, hit you, shout abuse at you then you should always remember HR and managers will join in their abuse.
There is no benefit in going to them. HR enjoys when a different looking employee is abused.
Go to the police against these abusive racist snakes. HR only protects these animals.
