I have recently got an offer and wanted to know.How is the Quarterly Profit Bonus (QPB) calculated is it approximately 6% of the annual pay divided by 4 quarters . Or is it 6% each quarter .and how is that during the stock decline ?

Qpb now due to investments and low margins are less than expectations. Last quarter was very low. Cannot predict future. I would say don’t count on it that much. You may get fraction of it due to low margins and Possible revenue drop at intel.
