Any “interest in leaving” announcements/offers made recently?

If you get laid off, you still get the same monetary severance package as you would if you volunteer, at least for craft! Either way, I'll take it, but per this blog, the consensus seems to be that the company will be doing a mass layoff.
40 years and never seen/heard? Has to be craft.
Management continually has Interest in leaving questionnaires. Each workgroup, not uncommon to see them every 2-5 years, depending on the workgroup and division.
With that said, I just don't see giving anyone severance at this time of year. Might as well just lay them off come Jan 1, 2023

After almost 40 years with this company, I have never seen anything like this in writing or even verbally for that matter! Just send out the damn notice if that's what the company plans on doing!
