Will continue. Cannot manage a business to quarterly targets. Cannot manage a business and communicate through PowerPoints. Cannot manage a business by following the latest trends years after the fact. Cannot manage a business by treating employees like copper wires and wrenches. Cannot manage a business with executive hubris trumping competence. Until you blow up the culture the decay will continue.
