Is it okay to leave Intel in 3 months of Joining ??
I feel the culture is not suitable for me and what are the things should I pay out (i.e. joining bonus, relo during resigning ??

grass is greener... jump now... lol
The key is that you have to explain it to a future employer. I just did the same last year. My manager was a total @$$. I did my 1 yr and done. I was honest with my new employer that my current manager does not have the skills to be a manager. He was demoted from being a manager, but I had already made a decision to leave.
But just remember.... The grass isn't always greener. I'm stuck at my new company and I have to work with an Adult ADHD dude that is not on his meds.
If you want to go scorched earth, just stop showing up. It will be a long time before they fire you and stop sending checks as HR is more focused on donuts than watching the bottom line. Probably not good advice if you are young and don’t want to burn bridges but I know a guy who did something similar a long time ago and got close to year salary before they stopped salary. It wasn’t intel but is a great story.
If you leave within the first year they'll have you repay a portion of the signing bonus & relocation allowance.
But don't let that keep you from doing what you know to be right for you.
It’s a sign of high IQ.
Looks great on a resume for more elite tech companies.
Run. Forest, Run !!!
Leave sinking company and toxic culture. Nothing to regret.
Go! Don’t even put intel on your CV, then you won’t be asked about it.
Just go. No hard feelings. It is better you go on your own rather than forced to by a layoff
