Same day I was told is the same day the CFO said a key hiring focus is young interns. Ummmm I am 45 and they are cutting me to hire young! Cheaper! Isn't there some kind of law they are breaking?

Been through this they are slimy, take the money give em the finger and move on. Dell is no more a technology company than Disney is a tire maker. Stay too long and no one outside will want you. Grab the cash and don't look back.

I was told the same applies to the UK by a senior manager, fight it and you can never return, take it and disappear quietly and you can sneak back in after 12 months. Why you would want to is beyond me.

What was the package offered in Canada? I heard if you decline and sue they will black list you so you can never be rehired. Is that true? How can one find out if they were black listed?
