No use disconnects

Anyone lose their job or get in trouble for no use disconnects? I thought they were cracking down on them?

Most T customers are too damn d-mb to realize they are paying for an extra line or two. Most are autopay, the customer never even looks at a bill, outta sight, outta mind!

It trabslates to layoffs because reps are being encouraged to commit fraud to bolster their numbers so they can keep their jobs. Or else, the get LAIDOFF.

And how this translates to the layoffs? Keep this forum on track and no sidebars please.

Reps are fraudulently adding lines to people's accounts. They're telling customers their bill will go down by adding lines. The per line charge decreases but the overall price goes up.

Why does anyone, I mean anyone, care if a leased circuit/line is used or not? As long as the bill is paid it's nobody's business as far as I'm concerned.
