NO VSP for this year's "Home for the Holidays" purge. None coming. That was a once in a decade, maybe once in a quarter century offer.

The amount of money they just took from your pensions is higher than what they would give you in a VSP. Had I stayed, I was losing $58k on July 1 and another $46k in September. I had the 75 formula so I retired giving myself my own VSP. No other company did this to their employees except VZ. They won't offer you a VSP instead they'll just keep hitting your pension with this "so called" PBGC-GATT rate that they've never enforced before, until you've had enough and decide to retire on your own. It's called forced retirement...smh
Logic dictates, due to the needs of the business, no VSP.
Therefore, a VSP is all but certain.

Whoever thinks VZ will be offering another VSP anytime soon is smoking some good stuff.
T-MOBILE has VSP for certain departments. 26 weeks pay plus two month transition period paid. Prorated bonus, stock incentive paid out and PTO paid out.
November seems to be the current rumor. But take it w a grain of salt. I don't see them offering anything decent with the way the business is going. **Cue Titanic theme song
