T-MOBILE has VSP for certain departments. 26 weeks pay plus two month transition period paid. Prorated bonus, stock incentive paid out and PTO paid out.

Sorry but they’ve already said 2018 was the last time anyone sees a VSP at VZ, it’ll be a holiday RIF plus severance assuming they keep it
That's only for the old Sprint Wireline people. The rest just have to wait for the next layoff. TMO has done layoffs four months in a row.
