I can't find any reason to admire or respect Stankey, is it just me? He has done nothing to enhance T's position in the wireless arena. Everything he has done has cost the company dearly. $135B in debt due to failed acquisitions. How the he-l does this id--t sleep at night?

Of course everyone should always admire and respect the smartest man in the room. Just ask him.
Someone sez: "He is our CEO, of course I respect him. I don't really admire anyone."
Wow! That is a new level of pathetic. Tell me it is a joke. No one is that much of a sycophant.
Billion in free cash flow and profits. Growing mobility and fiber subscribers. Yay Stankey. Go AT&T!
Yes, his mother.
Any one who does not respect the CEO, should not be working for that company. Lot's of Help Wanted signs out there.
The employees of Enron, should they had respect for the CEO? Should the employees of Worldcom respected Bernie? Should Ron Johnson be respected for his work at J.C. Penny ?
Go away, OP, please go away. Go run a Denny's or a Waffle House.
Stankey is so good looking. People are jealous and can't stand that.
Bullsh-t, I've been with this company long before Stankey and Stephenson wrecked it. I don't respect or admire either one of these id--t losers. They could care less about at&t, they only care about padding their bank accounts. Karma's a bi--h, I have no doubt they will both get theirs at some point in time. They have created massive debt of $135B which will not be paid off for many years to come, if ever. Instead of properly running T as a communications business, they were busy trying to tell other companies how to run media. Can't wait until both are gone from at&t.

I just watched interview with him when he was COO and responsible for WB. I am not sure he ever knows what he talks about.
Exactly. His gimmick is to constantly spew a heavy stream of business school bullsh-t to make it sound like he knows something (though it's not clear what), and to browbeat and intimidate anyone who dares to question or challenge him.
Stankey is an id--t!
Nope
at @aaz+1iKSEDk4 200,000 workers do more than 1 person. never forget that.
He runs a huge company, paying lots of workers.
As an investor my answer is no!!
dont know the guy but watching him on yahoo finance clips comes across as smug.
He doesn't perform well in front of the camera. He is just not believable, comes across as a sneaky snake, and just a disingenuous crook. I freely admit that I don't like his style, cutting on everyone around him to make himself look better. Stankey is a proven loser, always has been, always will be. I just can't understand why the BOD thinks he walks on water.
I respect to disrespect

Daily whine about Stankey. Nag much?
Stankey taking care of the workers. Good pay. Good benefits.
No.
No admiration for the man. I do respect him as a human being and hope he makes sound decisions to get us on track to prosperity again. Am I the person that just thinks hes the greatest of all time, no. But like every President of the USA, irrelevant of party association, I want them to make good decisions for us all.
It is obvious that only the dolts that are officers, that the Stink enriches are the ones that put up with his $hit. The people at HR and ReputationDefender that post raving posting thoughts about the Stink here and elsewhere are paid to do so.
Keep in mind that the Stink is still top of the CEO Wall of Shame, and Ratty is second. That says it all.
But Stink don't care, as long as he can raid Toxic-T piggy bank, and continue to make the Employees, Shareholders and Customers miserable.
He is our CEO, of course I respect him. I don't really admire anyone.
