I know many of us are concerned over what might happen during the next few days/weeks. I thought it might be easier to start a new thread where updated information can be posted instead of having to search multiple places. please post accurate information and position(s)/location(s) effected as this seems to be the main questions most people have. I wish everyone the best and hopefully a safe trip on what seems to be a very bumpy road ahead.

Not sure what areas where affected but I don’t remember hearing anything about layoffs yesterday. trolls
I’m in Az and I don’t remember any layoffs happening yesterday. We’ve been hearing today or tomorrow.
According to another post there were layoffs yesterday in AZ. Can anyone confirm what dept? Sales? Processing? Back end? Any other locations affected?

CCS here. No rumors as my site is WFH and the only way we communicate is via email and Skype and zoom. My pipeline is smaller now than in June, and I think that's probably accurate for most CCSs at my site. We lost a lot of CCSs in June, so not sure how deep the next round of cuts will be, but things aren't busier with them gone that's for sure.
Haven’t heard anything about field HLA’s yet. Most I’ve spoken to haven’t heard what production goals or requirements are (numbers) so not sure what’d happen there. A couple told that there would be some starting Sept moving forward quarterly. Any word?
Rumor is layoffs are coming this week (Weds/Thurs)
And here I thought I was the only one checking here multiple times a day/ night. I try not to be stressed about this but can't shake it. Our morale is in the dumps though management would never know. I love this place and the people here. This truly breaks my heart. Good luck to everyone
Anyway, remember not to work more than you have to in the mean time. No going above and beyond, you don’t want to waste your effort only to be laid off like a used c*ndom.
Management is shutting down rumors too. Our manager had a meeting wanting to address rumors and said they had a meeting with his manager and was assured no layoffs. Seems suspect. I’m a CDA
loans are dead in socal and HLA's are just being let go for performance, we lost 4 more on August 29th, they didn't even wait for the new month to start to fire them.
Not sure if they will fire HLA's but I do know about 6 more are about to be cut for performance on Oct 1st in my market so the production goals are doing a good job of lowering headcount without having to do a mass firing.
Loans are dead, are top guy had 4 apps in August and he has 2 this month. No refi all purchase.
